If you have a background in wellness, FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or similar and you have the know-how needed to develop third-party web sales then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are ideally looking for an Ecommerce Professional with experience of managing online partner retailers in a similar industry. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with recruiting affiliates / e-retailers by phone, be comfortable in a client facing role and have a good understanding of digital marketing. You will need excellent negotiating skills to nurture relationships with prospective e-commerce retailers, combined with the promotional and merchandising prowess needed to grow existing accounts. These accounts include dedicated beauty marketplaces, department stores and large commerce sites. This role reports into the Head of Online Trading and will see you take responsibility for setting growth targets for each account and actively supporting this growth through client merchandising, purchase analysis and sales reporting. You will be planning promotional strategies targeted at different demographics, working with marketing and brand teams, and will be implementing campaigns at short notice to address any unexpected falling sales. As this is an account management role, you will have regular face-to-face contact with clients; supporting their marketing needs, providing sales forecasts, planning mutually beneficial promotions and building trust. You will also be working to ensure your accounts are receiving appropriate press coverage and pursuing new opportunities for promotion (web, e-mail, social media, TV, print etc.).
